Become an Affiliate Member by filling out the Affiliate membership application form and submitting with your registration - the $40 will cover your membership and registration! Affiliate membership is annual. If you became an Affiliate member at the Winter meeting, you may attend the Summer meeting at the member price.

Registration
Pre-registration is required for those who wish to be assured of lunch. This is done to ensure that the Chapter does not lose money by committing to an unnecessary number of meals. The registration fee is the same with and without meals, so it pays to pre-register!!!

Persons wishing to pre-register should do so by submitting the registration form by January 12, 2012. Registration is required for all meeting participants.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made less than three working days prior to the program start are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted after the program has begun. If, for any reason, the program is cancelled, enrollees will be notified and fees refunded in full. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the program.
